I Hate Customer Service

I called T-mobile today to get my brother a free phone. They denied me. I went online to search as to why. Said offer was expired. I was okay until I saw that people still got unlimited texting for 10$. Fucking called T-mobile again. Threatened to cancel my line. Changed my texting to 10$ a month family plan. I HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE
