Wtf. I can’t believe 2011 has flew by right before my eyes. I just got used to writing that on my papers too! Haha, all jokes aside, this year has been one of the most interesting years of my life. I feel that I’ve learned, and grew, a significant amount this year.

Reflection on 2011
- Someone introduced me to my friend MJ and without her, my life seems so empty at times
- Celebrated singles awareness day with Crystal and Michael by eating a romantic dinner and making forever alone jokes
- Got a job at ITS and help people fix their wireless issues on campus
- Attended Skrillex and then a series of raves after. Super fun, but too poor to keep going to these types of concerts haha
- Omi called me and told me I was one of the 5 selected from my school to go to an all expense paid trip to Chicago for PwC’s Leadership Adventure. Met so many people who were all so goal oriented and made me strive for better things in my life.
- First C in a class
- Switched majors and got an internship for Summer 2012! I’m excited/scared that I’m going to be starting a real job and making some money. It’ll be nice to be with new people that I don’t know.
- My brother became taller than me
- I’m no longer a “teen”
- Carelessly destroyed peoples perceptions of me by making stupid decisions at parties and was sloppy drunk
- Did something completely different by joining LLS. Through this experience I learned to value of friendship, patience, and compassion. Road trip to Houston and going to Juicebox like every day because I could not get enough of that shaved ice. Singing throwback songs and having the 5 of us together is something to remember.
- Got in my first real accident and my car is totaled. Luckily everyone is okay, but it makes me scared to drive in the future.
- Met one of the most influential people on my life this year, I suppose. He made me appreciate the simple things in life. We had nice talks about life, school, people, and anything that just came up. He was there when I tried new things, when I cried over school, when I was bored. It’s amazing that we met on the 40 acres bus. I guess fate just has its ways of bringing people together, but it also has a way to drive people away
- The most important thing is that I met you. Ever since we’ve been together I’ve been a lot happier this year. Sure, my grades are at an all time low, but sometimes it seems so miniscule in the greater scheme of things. You treat me like a princess even when I act bratty and needy. You’re the only guy I’ve ever met who I can call and say I’m hungry and I know that you’ll be at my doorstep with Chipolte- white rice, fajita veggies, pico, corn, red sauce, and lettuce. You play stupid omgpop games with me and my brothers cause you know it’ll make me happy. You make me feel so pretty and happy all the time I’m sorry I joke around too much and I’m always late when I do things with you. I also know I’m really mean to you at times, but I thank you for your patience with me. I promise that next year will be better cause I’m going to work harder on making you happy =^_^=

Overall, I think this year has been one of the best years of my life. I guess that’s what happens when you turn 20. If I had to do something over, it would be my grades, but other than that, not much else.
I can’t wait to see what the new year brings
